Join the Corded Club

Please join the corded club by sending an email to us here. You can also write to let us know any suggestions you have for the club and/or this website.

Your email address will be held in strict confidence and thus will not be shared with anyone or posted online (except if it were with your express request). In any case, as you can no doubt tell from this website, we are a modest, informal gathering of concerned citizens - not a corporate or money-making scam.

There are only 10 brief items you need to inform us of.

In your email, you should include the following information which will be posted online in our membership list:

(1) - Surname

(2) - Initial Letter(s) of Your Forename(s)

(3) - Town Where You Live

(4) - Country Where You Live

(5) - Occupation

(6) - Your Comment(s) about wireless technology/radiation - have your say and make any comment you wish. If deemed appropriate, your comment(s) will be published online on the membership list. Let rip and let us know your honest views about wireless technology - and/or what your own experiences or problems with it are. If you do not wish to make any comment, that is also fine - your membership speaks for itself.

Please also let us know in your email whether or not you currently:

(7) - OWN or USE a mobile / cell phone?

(8) - OWN or USE a cordless phone?

(9) - have wi-fi or other wireless technology in your life (e.g. home, office), and if so, whether it's under your voluntary control (is it your home? your office? who decided on it, and would you have a say if you decided differently?)...?

(10) - agree with the general position and outlook of the Corded Club?

That is all!

Following your application for membership, you will see your details added to the membership list.

Purpose: Add your voice to the chorus, and with the above details let others know that yet another person agrees with the principles of the Corded Club! By adding your town, country, occupation and comment, this will also help readers to relate to the listed members as real people rather than only abstract names.

Later on, we won't be contacting you - unless at some point in the future (rarely, if at all) we have any news to share, such as news of launching an online forum resource here if numbers justify it. Who knows, we might one day even launch a newsletter if there is an interest. In any such case, we'll write to let you know any news of this nature and, at the same time, you'll easily be able to ask us not to email again. We don't currently have any plans to contact you with any news.
